I've been dealing with HSV1 and HSV2 (mostly HSV2) for many years taking Valtrex pills. It was a monthly occurrence and I just couldn't stand it anymore. So I decided to try something different.

We all know that parasites/viruses hate oxygen, well I stop my outbreaks in its tracks with oxygenated water - yes oxygenated water. I bought an ozone generator and this is what I do. I use a glass of only distilled water (important), I place the ball into the water for 10 minutes and done. I drink that ozonated water quickly 2 or 3 times per day (at least one hour before or after meals) and I also take 1000 mg of Vitamin C (500 in the morning and 500 in the evening). I repeat this for 3 or 4 days and the virus goes back to being dormant. This is a Godsend. No need for any more Valtrex pills. I rarely get outbreaks and when I do I have my weapon to take care of it. When I first started with this strategy, my HSV1 which I hadn't seen in years reared its ugly head but it didn't last. I didn't even get a sore on my lips, just felt the sensation and a little redness and then gone.
