I got some cactus tea (nopal, optunia, prickly pear) and plan to use it for blood Sugar control. When it comes to brewing it, I already have the directions for that. However---I've searched online and can't find out how often per day I need to drink it and whether or not I should drink it before eating, etc.

Has anyone used this tea? If so, please let me know how to properly use it. Thank you!
