The easier SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is to disolve the 2 teaspoons salt (non-iodized)
in 1 cup of hot water, and have the remaining 3 cups of water on stanby.
Chug as much as you can of the salt water and use the regular water as a chaser.
Oh, it works just the same and is soooo much nicer than trying to get down 4 cups of salty water. Happy cleansing!
