The castor oil lemon juice should be violently shaked together in a shaker cup or just gently stirred together with a spoon?

When should be drunk? Like before sleep, 5 hours after lunch? Well lunch is usually eaten at noon, so the castor oil-lemon juice blend should be taken at 5:30PM?

After one drinks the castor oil-lemon juice blend, for how long one should not eat and drink? Not even water is allowed? I mean eliminating so much stuff is not dehydrating?
