7 day fast and feel great, lost 10 pounds and will keep going. I am using pineapple this time since it is more available in my area. Most people think I am crazy doing this thinking I will die not eating and saying this isn't healthy but this is my 25th time doing this and it is a way of life for me. I am male 5-9 now 175lbs which is anorexic to most people but I like to stay in a certain weight range. I have never taken meds or been vaxed no cell phone still run fast and 61 yrs old. I am surrounded by many people who are sick from flu? including most of my family and friends who are all vaccinated. If I die living a healthy life then so be it.
