I am not among people who can expect to be successful using Dr Bates methods by myself - as pointed out in his book 'Better Eyesight Without Glasses' (by the boss himself)- : still I have tried but was no able to get much out of it. I too had coke bottle glasses, but shortsightedness was not the only problem I had to face it appears, and I failed...What book did you use (I seem to remember Dr. Bates was pointing out that people who could not do all the time not wearing glasses were not likely to succeed using his book alone, and would have to get help from someone who had reached these 20/10s he mentions, using the book) ? Usually with people wearing your kind of glasses, it's no really possible to do without glasses in all circumstances, is it..?
