You flush every two weeks until you get no more stones for 3 consecutive flushes. At this point you should consider yourself clear, and you can go onto a maintenance programme it you feel it’s necessary.
If you are still feeling bad, and you suspect it’s the liver, there are a number of conditions that affect the liver. Some are beyond the scope of the cleansing protocols but sometimes because liver function is dependent on the gut and good circulation of bile any problems with the intestines, particularly the ileum, will result in biliary dysfunction.
For example, poor circulation of bile leads to a small bile pool of defective bile which irritates the bile ducts causing inflammation and poor flow of bile. This results in poor natural flushing and the formation of stones. The answer is to eat in a way that is sympathetic to this condition and carry out maintenance liver flushes. The formal medical solution is to take UDCA.
This is only given as an example, as it probably isn’t your solution. You must try to work it out yourself by continuing to ask question and read, read, read. Often the answer is due to poor gut health and lifestyle, but no one person's gut health is the same. Even if the answer isn’t in the gut, improving its health improves the chances of finding answers.
