This question has been asked in the past and there hasn't been a definitive answer. Lecithin granules are readily available not only in the health store but also some major supermarkets. I can't remember, and also can't find any negative post about using lecithin granules and because they are in granule form you can take as much as you want. Consequently, you can start small and monitor your response.
