Is coffee a diuretic? The jury is not unanimous.
2 tbls of psyllium is a LOT.
The most important thing when you are cleansing is to keep the bowels moving.
I would stay with the coffee enemas. Maybe do less of them until you get a handle on everything.
Psyllium and Bentonite (you didn't mention bentonite) are one way to pull up plaque. There are other ways too. Psyllium will soak up a ton of water from your intestines and then on the way out can be hard to pass without taking a laxative.
You could also try just Bentonite without Psyllium and add in a good chelated magnesium to help things move.
Oxypowder is another way to go.
The psyllium route is not my favorite. You almost have to already be healthy to tolerate it.
There are food cleansers that can work similar to psyllium like ground flax seed or okra or chia seeds.
If you get very focused on your diet there is a way to steer your flora so that your body will self cleanse without taking supplements, but thus is not a one size fits all solution and takes time and experimentation.
