I didn’t completed it because I got COVID. At the end I was getting some eczema so I knew I was killing something that shouldn’t be there.

Now I’m taking Molybdenum 1 mg/day, milk thistle, ascórbic acid and green tea, with coffee enemas. And After 4 days I feel almost normal, no more bloating, no more brain fog, only a bit constipated but I don’t feel it like I used too. This has led me to start look into liver detoxing and specially liver/gallbladder flushing! After 4 days of this detox protocol some mucoid plaque came out and started to feel amazing!

I’ll keep this detox program and will start a parasite/colon cleanse, with Hollistic Horizons herbs + Parasmart.
After that I’ll start doing Liver Flushing and then continue with antimicrobials for candida.

I think candida is a result of all this Dysbiosis/mucoid plaqued ecosystem..
