Have you ever been able to identify what these are as I’m battling w decades of debilitating illness (varies and unexplainable by western)

Your description seems to be exactly what I’ve been struggling with. Initially I too thought it was Strongyloides but based on the size alone that would make sense because these are much larger… Especially the females. I know your post was six years ago but I could really really use your guidance if you’ve come any further on your journey. I hope to hear back from you! Thanks so much!
