It is much more comfortable to me and more often recommended now to use HCL, or Hydrochloric acid as the activator....instead of an acid like lemon or citric acid .

I find no reactions of concern when I use the hydrochloric acid in the recommended dilution as the activator. Please see the brighteon videos of Andreas Kalcher showing how to use this instead....
