I still enjoy a cigarette and I'm 82, so follow a few rules.
If you drink alcohol you will treble your smoking treble that's a fact.
If you smoke indoors your constantly breathing in smoke, and it's fumes ect.
It won't stop anxiety so don't smoke to relieve it.
I smoke roll up's because ready made are full of saltpeter ect. "
Saltpeter (potassium nitrate) has been used in fertilizer and fireworks. It was also once used to cure meats. Although it has a reputation for lowering libido, this is a myth. Potassium nitrate can be dangerous if consumed."
I've smoke all of my grown up life and enjoy it so do don't stop because a doctor always ask if you smoke.
I remember when doctors experimented cigarettes and used pipes planted in monkeys mouths and it created a problem for the monkeys.
Well of course it would, totally cruel my friends.
So if you smoke you will know if you overdo it, enjoy.
