TBH I would not bother with inhaling silver because that is not where your husbands problems lie. It might be worth preparing some Colloidal Silver and then reducing it using Pomegranate juice. Pomegranate helps to get around gram negative bacteria's resistance to silver. You can make silver using a few simple items which are listed on this forum. Someone posted pictures of how to do it cheaply using a current limiting diode. I do have some instructions on building two different CS generators but these would be more expensive than the inexpensive version somewhere on this forum. The first one looks the better one and is more suited to USA power. It depends upon whether you have any electronics knowledge whether this will be any use to you.

Here is a guide to reducing CS where they use Raspberry as the reducing and stabilizing agent. Change that to Pomegranate juice or a concentrate without preservatives . Taking some Pomegranate half an hour before taking the reduced CS for some additional benefit because you want to make the bacteria as vulnerable as you can.
