Honestly, we don't know if Water Fasting helps, but it sure makes me feel better. I felt like i cured myself from a few months of 'long' covid .. then I got sick again from someone that was recently vaxxed (I think it was from their spike protein shedding). Im hoping that Water Fasting can help with the new PRION disease possibility from covid/vax
