No, I haven't had to supplement with Iodine because my problems are gut and biliary related. I have known respected people on curezone that have taken Iodine supplements and swear good by them. That will be discussed in the Iodine forum.

Liver-flushing is a personal choice and there are several protocols to choose from. The Hulda Clark e can quite disruptive, but the Dave Frahm protocol is more suitable to biliary maintenance. It can be found on this link:
