Orally:
1 g Safeguard or Panacur brand ONLY pet dewormer (4 days on, 3 off) fenbendazole
100 mg Doxycycline twice daily

Topically, mix
1/3 jar Abolene
1 g packet fenbendazole
A couple pumps O2 calming gel (water based to help to medication disolve)
Blend in a baby food size mini processor

The fenbendazole is very similar to HCQ or Ivermectin in its mechanism, so on this (essentially Covid cocktail) my physician says my odds of Covid are very low.

I use the topical along with 9x magnification, bright lighting, and fine, slant and blunt tweezers. Massaging in generous amounts of the cream help release fibers in a sequenced fashion (follow the dots). If I need to do a hard removal of a stuck mass, I massage cream in afterwards until the rest releases. This keeps the mass balanced and from pulling (painful). Sweeping with the tweezers gets the lymph moving too to help things release. This comes with practice.
