Hey fellow ECers, im just curious how many people with EC also happen to take supplements with Vitamin A in them? I stumbled upon some studies saying too much Vit A can cause Cheilitis (and Exfoliative Cheilitis).. Also because so many people on Accutane get really chapped lips and Accutane is very similar to Vitamin A.

I was wondering that maybe some people are genetically more sensitive to Vitamin A and get some side effects even from relatively low doses of Vit A. I personally stopped all supplements and just try to eat a healthy Diet instead.

Anyways i hope everyone is doing alright despite this condition!
