Hi
An ultrasound is a very useful tool to find out fairly accurately what is going on in the gallbladder. It can tell you if you have Gallstones and how big they are. It can also detect biliary sludge and crystallization of bile in the ducts. An important metric is the thickness of the gallbladder wall and where the thickening occurs. It will allow you to make a qualified decision.
I have had attacks but have never opted to go to hospital because they are only ever going to do one thing; take the gall bladder out. Surgeons carry out thousands of these operations every year, and it keeps them in work. Although many patients get immediate relief with a year or two, biliary pain returns.
When you suffer with excruciating biliary pain, the treatment is to keep calm, allow the stomach to empty as much as possible and then consume 25g of Epsom Salts in 100mL of tepid water. Adopt the GB Meridian posture to aid recovery. Lay on the left side in a fetal posture.
I believe one can liver-flush when one has liver stones . It's not the case of just carrying out a single flush because it mobilizes the debris in the biliary system and the years of gunk just seem to flow. You made to undertake 12 to 20 liver-flushes every 2 weeks to get started on cleaning the body. You will also need to make the necessary lifestyle changes to get the digestive system working effectively.
Furthermore, you already know what gall bladder pain feels like and occasionally a flush can result in the same pain as an errant stone works in way out. You know what it is and have the tools to deal with it, and you will be choosing when it happens.
Regards Telman
