Hi Rai,

Note:
If you are buying "so called Sea Salt " at the grocery store,
and it is white, and it does NOT stick together,
(it should act sort of like it's "wet")?

Then it is not any better than plain ol' Morton's.
True Sea Salt acts as though it were wet, and will not "free flow".
When it is in the "free flow " state, it has been processed.
(go to my next message if you want). OOPS, I guess you have to go to the previous message :).
