> I ask, because I have just recently started, 4 days ago with 6 drops, 3x a day (which would equal only 2 drops, 3x a day of 35%) and it's already kicking my butt. I'm exhausted, my mouth tastes like bleach all day long, I have no appetite, I can't sleep at night... I'm not even "on the board" yet but I can't imagine 75 drops of this stuff. Any and all advice welcome.
Hello, Cleansing reactions depend on your dose as well as your lifestyle.
If this relatively low dosage is already making you uncomfortable, then you need to cut your dose in half, and then do your best to maintain that lower dose because, if you persist, then you will get better.
I started just a few days ago, and my current dose is already higher than yours. However, so far I have not experienced any cleansing symptom.
If your lifestyle has been less than great then I suggest you take it easy.
The following table is for those who want to take it easy:
The following is the "purging schedule" for 35% h y d r o g e n p e r o x i d e
Dilute the drops into 5 ounces of distilled water (total of 15 ounces per day)
Example: on day 1 you need to take 3 x 3 drops of 35% in a total of 15 ounces of distilled water.
Day, Times/day, Number of drops of 35% H2O2
1 3 x 3
2 3 x 4
3 3 x 5
4 3 x 6
5 3 x 7
6 3 x 8
7 3 x 9
8 3 x 10
9 3 x 12
10 3 x 14
11 3 x 16
12 3 x 18
13 3 x 20
14 3 x 22
15 3 x 24
16 3 x 25
17 3 x 25
18 3 x 25
19 3 x 25
20 3 x 25
21 3 x 25
If you find the number of drops is more than you can tolerate, then back off on the number of drops until you feel you're at a comfortable level. Then do stay at that level until you get the results you're looking for. Remember, persistence pays off.
