Have you tried nitazoxanide? This Egyptian study found it worked sometimes after triclabendazole failure for fascioliasis. Even more interesting is that those who failed both triclabendazole and nitazoxanide had success after a further treatment with triclabendazole. https://journals.plos.org/plosntds/article?id=10.1371/journal.pntd.0007779
