I have a question, for the last month or so I have been dealing with what I thought was a groin pull on the right side. But now the pain actually was really coming from the right outer side of my hip, so I’m thinking it’s either tendinitis a pulled muscle or bursitis. I go to a doctor tomorrow to get an x-ray, I know if it was a joint issue I would not be able to completely walk without crutches, because I fractured my right femur when I was like 13, had surgery to fix it & I’m 37 now. This pain comes and goes, I started taking Tumeric today and I have started using the abductor machine at my gym. Does anybody have any clue on what this issue could be? I start my new job June 1st, so I would like to get this under control before I start working overnight.
