They call all the natural things pathogenic so you’re completely confused and stupid. Bacteria that clean up, they are janitors; they are just janitors. They eat decaying, dead and toxic tissue. Depending on how toxic the tissue is, the bacteria may not be able to eat it because it would kill them. In that case, your body creates virus which are not alive, they are just solvents that will dissolve that matter that is contaminated.
