Does anyone have any tips on manually peeling your lips to get them in a raw/sticky lips state?

I realize that we all want to rid the peeling for good, but after dealing wit EC for a long time, I prefer to be in control of it rather than it control me. Hence, why I am asking for tips on how to manually peel my lips.
