Day 1
Usually by the time I wake up- of a day I wanted to start a water fast- I am already thinking how I should start tomorrow.
Today feels very different from my 1000 other attempts
I said this will be for my health- but with reading a fairly new forum/post that just posted-makes me know that this is surely for spiritual reasons as well.
As long as my health continues to stay the same and not make a turn for the worse - I will try to come close to a 40 day water. If I didn’t have so many friends and family, I know I would positively be able to do 40 days straight, but with so much going on, I know that will be tough. I am aware of the dangers of fasting then eating like it was a normal day, so eating very small amounts and what I consume will be thought out slowly.
