Hi all,

I am 3 days into just Water Fasting and nothing else. I have had no symptoms. I am genuinely concerned.
I have diaries of my Water Fasts going back a few yrs. Rifling through these I match on BP/Pulse/Blood sugar/Ketones on similar days over the years.
However I remember the terrible headaches/vomiting/nausea/shivers/lightheadedness/lethargy, yet this time there is none of those.
Has anyone else NOT experienced any negative symptoms from a Water Fast - (my last 12 day fast was in 2019).
or has anyone NOT experienced any negative symptoms from a Water Fasting upon undertaking one a year later?
