I have had candida for many yrs but for the most part learned to live with it. Recently I tried astaxanthin for skin and eye health. After 20 doses every other day I developed severe stomach distress and constipation. Wondering if this antioxidant had some sort of effect on candida in the stomach to cause this stomach distress. Has anybody taken it with or without any problem?
