Hi all,
Going to start my water fast. Mix of anticipation and anxiety.
Especially as the last water only fast I undertook was still making me feel rough at 6 days in... vomiting bile (yellowish looking curdled orange juice), and the atrocious headaches...and body tremors
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
my intention is to take each day as it comes but ideally I'd like to do 15 days, but we will see how it goes.
