This is the reason I have to stop my fasts. It's actually sacroiliac pain, in my opinion. I know I have Arthritis in my sacroiliacs and it's quite common actually, although the medical profession is clueless. The pain is so friggin bad I cannot continue when I get to day 10 or so. I will try the baking soda next time.
