Well all this started a few days ago, I’m usually on my feet a lot at work I can see why the tingling from time to time. Well now it has progressed to a headache that comes and goes along with tingling in the hands and etc but all the time. I have been working out a lot lately so I wonder if that is possibly straining muscles that are causing nerve issues? I know it’s not anything else severe like an aneurysm, seizure or stroke because I don’t have severe headaches that stay and never go or anything else major. Help in desperate!
