I have experienced this on more than one occasion.

If it is painful then take a strong solution of Epsom Salts , 25 grams per 100 ml.

If it isn't painful then wait as long as you can, at least a week, preferably 2 weeks, and then do another flush if the pale stools are continuing.

After you have a productive flush you can get temporary jaundice as the sludge is cleared from the biliary system.

There are also plenty of Yoga and other types of stretches to help get the biliary sludge moving. Just type "gallbladder stretches" into a search engine.
