This study mentions that after a while, the scaling and Fordyce spots would return less and less until it stopped completely after a few sessions that spanned about a year I think.

I assume the picture was no the end result though and probably just after the first session.

I have a 2nd consultation with 2 private dermatologists in 1 month to dicuss this. And if it goes ahead, they will try a small patch to reduce the risk of scaring while knowing if it had an effect.
