I have been taking Iodine for about 2ish years now. When I started I did not have any noticable thyroid issues. However a few months back I had a miscarriage and since then I have developed very noticable swelling in my thyroid and I am exhausted all the time. The swelling is so much that others notice the swelling and comment on it.

I am doing salt flushes, herbs to support heavy metal detox and liver detox as well as taking vitamin c, selenium, magnesium, b vitamins. What am I missing or doing wrong?
