Thanks a lot for your advices, I'll keep them.
I haven't really done a Colon Cleanse yet, only a few sessions of colon hydrotherapy but I guess that is not as good as the cleanses with herbs.
I also started experimenting with enemas recently and it's getting easier altough at the beginning I just couldn't do it.
I'm kind of starting to like it!
I just want to do one more Liver Flush (my 3rd) next week, then I'll start IF#1&2 and then I'll take the CoQ10.
Thank you guys for your advices!
By the way, which enema recipes do you find the best?
