Was able to get a few more images this morning. Still unable to get images of the heads and tails of the larger ones that are a .5cm in length, but this morning there were some great ones of the microscopic ones. Below are the several. So, assuming these are either filaria worms or larvae of larger worms. When you view the smaller ones you see a band around the one end a little down from the ends.

That one with the flat looking end - mouth or tail - I have no idea what that could be.

When my microscopic software was working properly I measured these worms at about 300-700 microns, mainly between 500-700 microns the larger ones on my lips, I can see with a naked eye. Just trying to understand if the ones in the picture are Micro-larvae from a larger worm, or adults from the micro-variety, which means I'm dealing with several types of worms. Still learning on the microscope and can only go up to 100 magnification. One more clue is they bite into my lips and there is blood and open cut when removed. The large ones are able to spread out over a portion of lip when attached. When on ivermectin, I can remove with wet paper towel every morning. But ivermectin on my lips every night does not kill them.

Appreciate all thoughts and help from everyone.
