When you say bowel cleanse, what specifically do you mean? My chiropractor has me on black Spanish radish (and a few other supps ) for a few months to get the colon moving. Or do you mean colonics?

I was planning to do a few enemas before and after the flush too, to help move things along. I have only done coffee enemas before so if you suggest any other types for liver flushing.

Curious, if there are any thoughts on if enemas should be avoided after liver flushing. I know things should flow down and out, I would not to inadvertently push anything up..

I have been reading CZ and a lot of other source of info to prep but any suggestions or insights from someone who has actually done the flush, is very much appreciated so thanks for the response. I am kinda scared
