I got done doing the Intestional Cleanse this past Monday and last weekend I also took the CoQ10 (3000 mg.) I had the gelcaps,..so I just took all of them with lots of water. I didn't feel or notice much of anything,..UNTIL..this past Tuesday when I had a BM..it felt a little different and very loose and when I looked, there were all kinds of little worm things floating around ( about 2- 2 1/2 inches long ) and little rice looking things. I expected results right after taking the CoQ10, but it took a week later till anything happened. So, I don't know if it was JUST the CoQ10 that did it or a combination of that and the intestional cleanse. I'm going to plan on taking them again in about 2 weeks in case I didn't get them all,..if anyone else has any helpful hints,..please share! :)
