I bought 3000mg. of CoQ10 yesterday at my local GNC. I decided to mix the powder into a little pineapple juice, instead of mixing it with honey.(per Dr. Clark)... I opened all 30 capsules (100gm. each) and MAN, was that ALOT of powder!!! I havent't felt any different today. The only thing I have noticed is that my BM is very yellow, and I am passing A LOT of mucus!! Could this be parasites? I want to pass a 'FLUKE" like Southern Belle did!! Ha Ha... What are some experiences from some of you who have done the CoQ10???
