These are pieces of liver flukes! If you haven’t eaten mushrooms then these are for sure..I have them too! Difficult to get rid of..try food grade diatomaceous earth and keep up enemas.. try Coffee ones as well to what you are already doing. Do lots of reading and research doctors won’t help..you are not alone but have to take control yourself to find wellness . I have been sick for over 20 years..don’t give up!
