Have you tried whole adrenal glandular. That supports both cortex (steroid sex and stress hormones, etc) and medulla (adrenaline and similar)

Have you tried methylation support? The body needs methylation to make adrenaline.

So much more could be said. None of the above is simple to optimize but I started to get gains with some simple steps in the right direction.
