have you found anything or any method that works for you? i added more salt to the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) have warmed the water a little-hard to figure out how to warm that much without boiling it. i have now experianced the "butt pee" but am only expelling a very small amount of what i drink. am drinking the tea regularlly, but doesnt seem to do a thing. im finishing day 4 and have not had a significant movement since day 1... :[
