1. A minimum of 4 ounces of oil is necessary for flushing. You can increase this amount, but should not reduce it, or the flush may fail. I wouldn't worry about it hindering weight loss. I'd worry more about carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates.

2. The Liver Flush has the potential to empty the gallbladder, although this process can take some time for certain individuals. In my case, I started seeing gallbladder Gallstones after my 16th liver flush.

3. Telman may want to weigh in on this, as he'll have a more detailed description. Generally speaking, the waxy stones are cholesterol stones and are formed in the liver. The gallbladder tends to precipitate stones that are opaque, off-white or beige, calcified, sometimes hard as rock, or like hard putty. They look very different from the cholesterol stones typically seen when liver flushing.
