I'm posting this image in the hope it will help people better understand the two major types of gallstones. This image was taken from my 19th liver flush. Up to this point, I've expelled green, waxy cholesterol gallstones, the most common kind. The last two flushes have produced both green cholesterol stones and off-white "putty" stones that are dense, opaque, not waxy, and seem to be of different origin, possibly the gallbladder. There are two important conclusions to be drawn from these results. First, cholesterol stones originate in the liver and are commonly expelled throughout the flushing process. Second, calcified "putty" stones originate elsewhere, most likely the gallbladder, and may require between 10, 20, or more flushes to expel. My theory is that a sluggish, stone-filled gallbladder needs time to regain the strength necessary to push stones out. The exception might be a gallbladder that is prone to biliary colic, where stuck stones are already being pushed out, causing the typical gallbladder "attack" reported by about half of the Liver Flushing community.

Thoughts?
