I would use a clothes steamer and put some eucalyptus in it and breathe that in.I would also use some Vicks as the grandparents did back in the day and swallow about a half a teaspoon of it maybe. You could also chew on some clove sticks. And put some clove spice in your drink in the morning. For your hair you can wash it with Borax and citric acid .
