Please reply if you have any idea what my problem is , thank you. I have fatigue , I don't know what kind. I have had this off an on for a few years now , seems to be getting worse. I've tried a whole lot nothing works long term to be normal again. Two things trigger it , eating and orgasims . I understand both use up alot of energy, digestion and well helping make a baby. I know if I abstain for about 5 days and then eating does not cause the fatigue any longer. This is so strange. Sometimes I can do both and no problem , but that is getting rarer and rarer .Just want to sleep , can't focus or concentrate , can't accomplish anything.
