resist the fridge!! so hard to do.  day 2 and im doing everything i can think of to not sabotage myself. AHHHH. my mind is shifting though all the "tricks" i do to eat--a bite here or there, a taste when cooking.  there's always a reason to put this off a while. no no i will stay with it!
