Thank you so much for replying to my message. I've posted a few times, but have kinda given up hope that people with more expertise will chime in. Which is a huge bummber because there are not any Iodine literate doctors in my area, so I'm on my own.
I am taking the co supplements, but I have been really bad at taking the vitamin C for a while. It that co supplement super important? I also don't really do the salt as much anymore because i'm not having the detox reactions anymore.
I did up my dose recently to 75-100mg and felt what I believe to be some detox symptoms that I felt before. That wound up feeling in my head and some insomnia last night. Are the salt pushes and vitamin C needed to remove the junk?
