i just started yesterday! today's day 2 and all is going fine, though i'm just hitting the hardest hour for me-late afternoon has been my "binge" time for too long.
this is my first time and i want to go at least 14 days, but i'm taking it day at a time.
i'd love to keep up with some buddies for help!
speaking of, i tried the salt wash thing this morning for the first time and didn't seem to have the results described...
