Hello,

I began supplementing with Iodine last March, so about 15 months. My breasts are no longer tender and my periods went from being horribly painful and very heavy, to very mild. My question is why do I still have so many breast cysts? I read all of the stories of them going away within weeks. Why not for me? I started off with 6.25mg and slowly worked my way up to 50mg several months ago. Am I not taking enough? I also have a lot of little red spots all over my body (cherry angiomas, I'm guessing) that have not gone anywhere. Please help with suggestions.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
